CAIR-MI's civil rights department works to defend and protect the constitutional rights of American Muslims and all Americans. We handle cases involving discrimination in employment, education, law enforcement, housing, public accommodation, and other areas. Our team provides free legal consultations, files complaints with government agencies, and when necessary, pursues litigation to ensure justice prevails.
